It was truly amazing working with John as we searched for our first home. As 1st-time homebuyers in a really competitive market (and during the peak of COVID), we needed a realtor who really knew the market and above all was honest throughout the entire process. John is extremely knowledgeable about homes and took the time to point out all of the negatives and positives about each home we saw. And we saw many! John was always flexible and available to show us homes, even as we at times decided to expand the neighborhoods we were interested in. In this market, it can be a bit discouraging, especially for a first-time homebuyer, but John was confident that he would find the right home for us within our budget. John is the kind of realtor you want on your side anytime let alone in a very difficult market. John and his partner are extremely knowledgeable, friendly, patient, and truly want what's best for their clients. As a buyer they care more about you finding the right home than they do about their bottom line. They don't want you to buy any home, they want you to buy the right home for you and will work diligently and patiently to find you that home. When you find the home you want they are expert negotiators to get the deal done for you. In a very difficult market we only wound up putting in two offers on homes before having one accepted. When we finally found the one we wanted John knew how to get us the best chance of having our offer accepted. He is a wonderful person who you absolutely want on your side when buying a home. If we ever sell this place I know just who I need to call.

John and Jeff were amazing! They made the entire stressful process of buying and selling a house very easy, which was not a simple task in this crazy market. We were with another agent for 6 months, we put 4 offers on 4 different houses and didnt get one. We met John and immediately started working with him. He is a true professional.
