Our realtor John Smith was always helpful and made sure we had someone to assist us even when he couldn't be available to show us properties. He helped us through the difficulties of submitting a contract and closing while we were on vacation. John provided names of inspectors, insurance companies, closing details and was there to answer any questions. Carol Ann Peterson was also available for questions and very helpful with closing since John could not be there for that. I would highly recommend Jim Smith Realty.
