Absolutely Brilliant! We can not say enough great things about John! John Bonfiglio goes above and beyond to satisfy his clients. We had a very complicated sale between four owners that had inherited a rat infested dump! John not only made recommendations for top contractors to clean and fix up the house to prepare for sale, he helped to facilitate that the work was done and done well. All four of us live several hours away and John was patient while dealing with so many different personalities. On top of the issues with the condition of the house, we had people trespass and grade a road through our property in order to reach their land locked property.
