Team member review - We had a very unique scenario with the home we just closed on this week in Charlotte. Even though I know its not a foreign idea in todays culture, but for us, it was the first time we had ever made such a large purchase/investment without ever seeing the house at time of signing the contract With the help of our daughter, Andrew worked with us long distance as we searched for the right fit. From being available literally 24/7 for any questions, to keeping us in the loop with every little detail, Andrew guided us and led us every step of the way. team member review - I highly recommend Vann, or SuperVann as I like to call him. He has a great personality that is perfect for real estate brokerage work. He made the process of finding a house fun, and was responsive to every communication. We saw quite a few houses, several of them he recorded on his own when I could not be there to see them, and sent me the video links, so we didn't miss an opportunity. He had his eyes on every physical attribute of the properties, pointing out positives and negatives that sometimes I failed to see myself. He handled the negotiations with the Sellers masterfully. Van knows the Charlotte market and connected me with local contractors that I needed. Vann Boger is simply a VannTastic realtor.
