The Joanne Curtin Team did an excellent job with helping us get our house listed two days before Christmas with a contract by February 1! Without all the help from the team from the stylist, contract specialist, listing manager, and closing manager I would not have been able to keep everything organized nor would I have ever known to do the small things that make a big difference in getting the house show ready and sold quickly.

Each realtor took a slightly different approach during the interviews but all three confirmed the local market had about 8 months inventory in my price range, so since I was in a hurry to get this one sold I needed their guidance on how to get my house to the top of the heap to gain a lot of visits and some quick offers. To make a long story short, I picked JoAnns team because it really was a team vs just a single agent trying to do everything. They also provided advice on paint, repairs and staging and it really helped making a 20 year old home look like new. We had 21 visits the first week, including 3 offers and the update they put on Zillow was averaging over 100 looks per day that week. To make a long story short, we were under contract within 10 days and closed on time so that we could complete the purchase of our new home. Every member of the Curtin team was focused on us and selling our home and we couldnt be happier now that we are settled into our new home.

Joanne's team made what can be an arduous and stressful process feel easy and fluid. Through every step, I felt like we had a pro there to guide us. Their track record gave us confidence in their process, and so we put our trust in the team and their process from day one. Once we did, it relieved so much of the stress and worry that can come with selling and buying a home. We received multiple offers on our home within the first 48-72 hours of listing, which let us shift our energy and focus to finding our new home. And they managed the complexities of a back-to-back closing and all of the potential pitfalls with ease. I hope it's a long time before we move again, but when we do, I have no doubt we'll use the Curtin Team.

Jess and the whole team were great to work with in buying my house. They were professional and prompt, but I also never felt any pressure from them and felt I could move at my own pace. They were great in explaining all the steps from when I decided to place an offer to when I closed. All in all, it was a great experience working with them, and I would highly recommend them to anyone.
