I don't often provide reviews, let alone 5 stars in every category. However, Jill and her team fully deserve a perfect score. We recently decided to sell a historic home in Albany, Oregon which we owned for more than 25 years. We purchased the property to live closer to my mother after she became terminally ill. We expected to live in it for several years and restore it over time, however, my mom died a year after we moved in. Since we weren't planning to stay in Oregon, we moved back to Utah to raise our family and rented the house to provide a little extra income.

We purchased a house 4 years ago with Jill Schusters help. The purchase went without a hitch. Recently we decided to sell the property and again used Jill to sell the property. Her team managed all of the details to prepare the house for selling, managed all of the details and found a great buyer within days for above the asking price. We lived in Europe and were not able to attend to details. Jills office staff did EVERYTHING, from arranging minor repairs and upgrades, to larger details by finding appropriate services and assuring the work was done. All paperwork and logistics were managed smoothly and we were able to simply relax and let her team take care of business. We closed 45 days early thanks to Jills prowess in the details of negotiating and closing. I would recommend this team to anyone looking to buy or sell in the area. In addition, Jill is the consummate professional and manages her team to function at a very high level.

3 people in 2 states (Washington and Texas) on a very tight closing deadline and Jill made it happen. A notary to my house in Texas who then took the documents to overnight them to Washington so we could buy a house in Oregon. We got emails texts phone calls and when I called my question was immediately answered in person. Very satisfied we made it!
