From the first meeting, she made a plan for us to prep our home for sale. She identified a new home under construction that we loved and carefully walked us through the purchase process. When our existing home went on the market, it was under contract in 24 hours, however a home inspection identified a long list of major & minor repairs required. We were very overwhelmed and Jessica personally stepped in to use her network of contractors in the area to coordinate activities amongst all parties and had the work completed on time. She was always available for us & provided continuous communications over this 3 month process.
