I bought my home with Jeff and Lisa three years ago and contacted them first when I was ready to sell it. I live out of state, and the Armbrusters handled dozens of details to make certain the house was at its best to sell. I worried about nothing. They made selling from out state a breeze.

First, Jeff and Lisa won the interview competition among the top 5 producers. The house had been on the market for about 14 months previously with no offers. We developed a plan for appearance improvements and needed repairs. Their weekly e-mails of activity kept us informed from afar. Their recommendations for selling price and counter offer were sound, and successful. I am very satisfied with the outcome and would hire them again.
