I couldn't be happier with Brett Martin's work selling my condo in Long Beach. He was very professional, knowledgeable, understanding and always available whenever I called. I still had tenants in the condo, and we listed it 6 weeks before the move-out date. During this time he dealt with the tenants very graciously for open house access etc. We closed exactly 1 day after move out date at the asking price. It really couldn't be more perfect!!!!
