There was a plan of action to sell my home from the first meeting. The plan was implemented and sold in 3 days. This included listening to some things that needed to be done inside the home for it to be ready for sale. A good example is painting the pink bathroom off white. The home was cleaned professionally and was ready for buyers. The process was smooth and the Jason Matt team kept me informed until the deal was signed and closed!
