Janis Adams has had years of real estate experience and that was my top criteria when choosing a realtor. She proved her experience time and again with her thorough knowledge of home construction and the local market. Every time we viewed a new property Janis would perform a methodical inspection, looking for signs of problems and commenting on the quality of construction, finish, appliances, etc. Janis also led us through multiple rounds of negotiation to get to a price we were comfortable with. I don't know how there are only 24 hours in one day, because Janis worked none stop for us! In the end we found the property that was perfect for us and are loving it so far.

Let me just start by saying Janis is like family now! She was completely professional but also so personable and warm. My children loved her and she was so good with them. She has more energy than all of us combined and good naturedly drove all over this area showing us houses sometimes 2 or 3 times each because we would look first then show my husband the best picks on the weekends :) When we finally found "The House", she worked tirelessly on our behalf and returned countless late night calls from me as I stressed my way through it lol. She acted like a good friend as well as being an awesome advocate for us and she knows this business inside and out!
