We have used The Sharp Team to sell two homes in Truckee, both located in Tahoe Donner. For both homes The Sharp Team was fantastic, and we received the asking price on the first property, and above asking price on the second property. In both instances, Janie, Kristi, and Rachel took control of the process and handled everything expertly. I came across Janie in 2004 when I was looking to buy a home in Tahoe Donner. Janie was our agent then and showed us a good number of suitable homes and helped us zero in on one that worked for us. I was very happy with the prompt and professional way she handled the transaction. When I was thinking of selling that home in Feb. 2018, I called her to take a look at it and give me a proposal. She promptly visited the house and prepared a proposal with a possible listing price range and most likely selling price. We listed it on March 1st and within a week of listing the house, I had 3 offers. We actually ended up getting a bit more than our listing price. We closed within 6 weeks of listing it. Everything worked out perfectly. Her assistant also continuously followed up with me and took care of the house nicely while it was in listing.
