Janice Koss sold our home for us, and she was AMAZING. She is professional, personable, caring, and extremely knowledgeable. She knew the sweet spot at which to price our home. She guided us thoughtfully through getting our home ready and marketable. We had some unfortunate obstacles to overcome in prepping our house for market due to some blunders when we bought the home through a different realtor. Janice had a game plan as to how to overcome those obstacles while maintaining honesty and integrity for us as sellers AND for the buyers. We had to move out of state before the house was listed, and she was extremely reliable in handling a listing and sale for us, the out of state sellers. Our one regret is that we wont be able to use her to buy a new home as we are no longer in Oklahoma! She is so, so kind, loves her job, and loves her clients. We would recommend her wholeheartedly to anyone!

Janice is AWESOME!! Janice made home buying easy!! She truly cares about her clients and it shows in every step of the process. She was the glue that held all of the pieces together.
