Selling your home often is a stressful time, but from the moment our home went under contract, Jan was there for us every step of the way. We were impressed not only by her professionalism and skill as a realtor, but found Jan to be a very gracious person, one that we felt completely comfortable with. We will be forever grateful to this dear woman, who being the trouper that she is, helped us pack up the last of our belongings when we found ourselves down to the wire on the day we were to close on our home! Jan is terrific. She was our buyer's agent when we purchased a home in 2015. She is very knowledgeable and went above and beyond our expectations. Not only was she very familiar with the strengths and weaknesses of our house and our location, she was able to recommend highly capable local service people (house cleaners, floor specialists, pest control, etc.) to do all the little things to get the house ready to sell. She was available by text, by cell phone, and was completely responsive in visiting the house when my family members could not be there. Her negotiation skills were excellent but she had a unique way of letting my family decide with elegant ways to indicate that we were on the right track or to suggest alternatives. Quite frankly, she was way more than I should have expected and definitely a cut above in listening to the service provided to others that I know have sold recently.
