Jan is an excellent realtor. She went above and beyond to sell my Silverthorne property at a great price, and in very little time. After the inspection, when the buyers had requests to repair items, she gave me a list of excellent contractors to call, so it was easy to rectify everything. She even bought two carbon monoxide detectors and installed them for me. I live in Denver, so this was enormously helpful to me. When we were staging the property, she found some furniture at good prices, which saved me a lot of money. She even helped move the furniture, so I wouldnt have to drive up from Denver. She did such a great job, and made the process really smooth for me. If you need a great realtor, I would recommend her without any reservations.

Jan recently listed and sold our log home in Breckenridge. She was very proactive and responsive to us, helping us find the sweet spot for our homes price. When the eventual buyer emerged, she helped us navigate the sometimes daunting processes of inspection, appraisal and dealing with a difficult buyers agent. We were looking for a vacation home in CO so that we could get away from our busy lives in TX. We did not know a realtor in the area and were trying to figure out how all of that would work out being so far away. We did a search for realtors in the area and Jan Leopolds name showed up. As we were going through the reviews, we knew right then that she would be the one for us. Jan has a wealth of experience and invaluable resource throughout the whole process. She has a true passion for real estate and wants what's best for her clients. She remained engaged and accessible and was direct in her suggestions but respectful of our constraints and reservations. During this whole process, distance was never an issue. She is fast to communicate, personable, experienced, knowledgeable, and above all, I felt she really knew exactly what we were looking for in our vacation home. She answers calls and texts at almost any hour and goes well above the call of duty.

We had a great experience with Jan and recommend her highly! We had specific criteria and Jan showed us 11 properties meeting our criteria in a single day. We followed up and saw several of the properties again the following day with our son. She didn't blink when our son had to take an exam (unannounced) - she kindly waited for him to take his test. We did not have a lot of time and Jan made us a priority. Jan also helped us understand a complicated HOA agreement and negotiate amicably with the seller.
