James did the usual marketing (videos, open houses, advertising, descriptions) . I would rate him highly based on his efforts in these areas alone. We live out of state so James acted as a project manager in addition to his duties. He checked on the property frequently, even weeding the grounds several different times. He found a way to legally dispose of this trash that didn't add to our cost. When we decided to upgrade the interior, he located contractors who were reasonable and did quality work, and scheduled them, provided access to the house, and inspected the completed work. These efforts saved us a lot of money and inconvenience since we didn't have to fly or drive there and spend on lodging to arrange and supervise the work. After the upgrade, he even produced a new video of the property. If he hadn't been on top of the closing efforts, the sale would have drifted along until the bank "got around to it" We count ourselves as very lucky to have had him as our realtor.
