Hello, everyone! I came from korea. I've lived in the United States for 16 years, but everything here was done by my husband because he was an American, so I've lived comfortably. Then my husband passed away, and I had to deal with a lot of things by myself. Among them, the most important thing was to sell the house and find a new house. I was afraid because I didn't know how to start, but I met Jim. He told me what to do to sell the house and introduced me to a very good builder. And he took the best pictures and I was able to sell them at the market for much more than I wanted. also, he helped me to buy the house right away as I wanted. I actively recommend Jim. He is very professional.

Jim was our property manager for 2 years on our rental home and then our realtor when we sold that home. Jim is great to work with and couldn't be more hands on. We are out of state and he took on everything to do with the tenants and getting our house ready for sale. I highly recommend Jim! An unbelievable experience. Jim was quite professional throughout the home selling process. Seems like no sooner did we put the house on the market that we were at the settlement table. His team had prepared the checklist of things to be done and were totally accessible for phone calls. As was Jim! He was prompt and efficient. His request for decluttering had my house selling in three days. This was the third time (mother, son and ours) that I had dealt with the Stacheleks . Who knows maybe a fourth?
