There I was, 2 years ago, just another guy paying rent in Denvers extremely frenetic real estate market. Not knowing yet slightest about the home buying process, I proceed to adopt a pessimistic attitude in relation to owning my first home. Over time, however, Jaime was finding me those condos that I thought were unattainable. My pessimistic attitude started to dissipate, and I am now 2 months into owning my own condo.
