The home of our Dreams! Jacque Neef Mayo assisted us in buying a wonderful home in the Boise/Meridian area during the worst of the Covid 19 pandemic - our offer was made end of April 2020. Jacque set out emailing us all the listings that fit the budget we proposed to her. We went through all she sent (and there were lots of them) prior to going to Boise Area to find a home and make an offer. We sent Jacque a list of 10 homes then drove up to see them the next day. When meeting her, 7 of the 10 were already pending, leaving only 3 of the original homes to check out. But she came prepared with an additional 10 to see, homes that we had not even seen while checking the MLS listings ourselves. We chose one and made an offer only to discover in the HOA Documents that some restrictions were not compatible with us.
