Jackie Nordstrom was great to work with. Because of the spread in valuations on the initial two estimates I received, we had to order a 3rd. Jackie was the 3rd person I talked to and the person I ended up selecting. Jackie did not feel like a salesperson and I liked that. She respected my opinion. I had already moved out of my property when Jackie took over. My house needed some work to bring it more in line with some competing properties. Jackie coordinated all of this for me by providing resources for shopping appliances, recommending contractors, and getting it cleaned. I didn't have to worry about anything even though I was 2,000 miles away. For whatever reason, my specific condo was a little more difficult to sell as most properties in downtown areas are right now. I also listed in the dead of winter, In Colorado.
