Ivona is GREAT. We chose her and her excellent team to sell our house because 1) my former real estate partner said she was the best for my neighborhood and, more importantly, 2) she gave a very professional and personable interview, demonstrating her broad knowledge and experience. Our house was beautiful but unique - large but designed for a couple or a single person only - not a problem for Ivona! She worked intelligently and efficiently, giving good advice but never pushy. Bottom line: she got results - a price that made us happy! In addition, she was very attentive to our pets' needs.
