Outstanding professional experience. I had the pleasure of having Mr. Imran Khan represent my fathers estate in the recent sale of his coop in Forest Hills Queens. Mr Khan is very organized and hard-working. He has an outstanding knowledge of the local market which he was generous enough to share with me even before we were ready to sell. Imran is the real deal. If you are looking for someone who is knowledgeable, discipline, and committed to work for you, Imran is your Agent. Even though Imran sold my first house with no problem, I ended up listed my house with a well respected family agent who was able to get me many offers of a 1M but not the 1.05M. I wanted. The irony here is that I ended up asking Imran for advice during this time and he happily provided everything I needed to know despite I was not using him as my Agent.
