Howard found a buyer for our condo within a couple of days - twice. The first buyer fell through - not Howard's fault by any means. He was the most helpful and professional of all the agents, etc. who were involved! Our condo needed some repairs to satisfy the 2nd potential buyer and we were not on hand to organize things. Howard took over and found qualified people who came to the condo within a couple days and fixed the problems. Things happened a lot more quickly than I was able to accomplish when I was living there! It was such a relief to have Howard help us out in that way! He also worked with a distant buyer to answer all of his questions and educate him about the Maui real estate market, since Howard was working for both of us. Mahalo, Howard!

We honestly could not have picked a better realtor than Howard. From the beginning he understood what both my husband and I were looking for in our first home but also our lifestyle and what would be best for our family with a newborn and 2 dogs.
