If you need to sell your home we found out that you need to have some help that you can trust and depend on to guide you for the best possible outcome. We found that special person in Heidi Joy. She has lots of experience in all kinds of situations. She not only guided us and helped us in the sale of our home in just ten short days but she also helped us to buy our new home. We closed on the old home in the morning and closed on the new home in the afternoon. She and her office staff took care of everything that needed to be taken care of in the sale and purchase of our homes. She personally was very calming and reassuring and very professional in the way she conducted our sale. She knows what she is doing and we cannot highly recommend her enough. She truly went above and beyond anything that we expected. Thank you Heidi for making the transition from our old home of many years to our new one quick and easy.

I'm not one to write reviews normally, but... I have to share that Heidi Joy was a pleasure to work with from start to finish. I've worked with other realtors in the past, but after my experience with Heidi, I can't imagine ever working with anyone else. Heidi and her team did an amazing job helping us relocate to Pinellas county.
