Hao and his entire team was AMAZING - very professional, to the point, realistic and efficient. My neighbor listed his house at value and dropped it twice to $20k less and sold in 2 weeks. Hao got me 10k above my list price - which was $50k more than what my neighbor sold his place for and my place sold in the first 24 hours.
