December 2021 I contacted Hannah to see if she would help me sell a lot that had an old mobile home on it. The mobile was in poor condition along with the so called garage on the lot. She suggested that I remove the mobile home and the garage since they were both in such bad condition. She said that it would be difficult to find a buyer who would be interested in the lot in that condition. We removed the mobile and the garage. Of course, there were other obstacles that surfaced, but Hannahs expertise made sure all obstacles were taken care of. There was not going to be a large commission for her on this deal, but I didnt feel that she took any less care of me in the process of selling the lot. There were only 20 days between the day she put her For Sale sign on the lot and closing date of the sale. Thank you again Hannah for your help in selling the lot! July 2021 On an October day, I called three different agencies to sell our gorgeous property with a small house on it. Hannah Matthews of Keller Williams was the first agent to come out. Two days later on a sunny afternoon she returned to take outstanding photographs of the rolling hills. The other agents hadnt yet arrived to meet with us.
