Haeyoon Jacobus worked diligently and with great professionalism to find a home on a difficult assignment in which we were looking to live with 2 of our adult children and 3 grandchildren under a single roof. The process took a while with very few homes on the market and with almost none of them meeting our requirements. Haeyoon was patient, persistent and diligent in constantly searching available properties and dealing with builders who could convert our new home into our "dream" home. The end result was a home that not only met our requirements but greatly exceeded them. Haeyoon effectively guided us through all aspects of the transaction from the search, to the agreement, through inspection, to finding contractors and service professionals and ultimately through the final closing.
