Gustavo C. Timpke

This was the third real estate sale that I used the services of Gustavo C. Timpke....the first was a 5 acre tract of land on Livingston Mt.; the second was a 2 bedroom house in Camas; and the third was a 2 bedroom house which was recently sold in Vancouver. I like using his services because unlike other realtors, he does his best to get your asking price. He never says "Oh you will never get that price". If your initial asking price it too high, he still does his best to make a sale at the higher price. If the property does not sell at the higher price, he makes recommendations to lower the price but his does so without any sales pressure. I highly recommend using his services. My only regret is I do not own enough properties to continue to use his services...only one more rental house in Camas and maybe the house and acreage I am currently living in....but I have no plans to sell the latter until I am no longer able to work the acreage. .

The Gustavo Group was beyond amazing, professional, and super knowledgeable! As a first time home buyer they walked us through every step of the way and went above and beyond to get us a home in this crazy market. I can't say enough about how fantastic our experience was, highly recommended!

When we decided to sell our home, we were unsure of a realtor. We needed time to do some upgrades and were needing to sell in a hurry. We called Ideal and they connected us with Gustavo. He came looked at the house and made suggestions on improvements and then was patient while we did them. When the house was ready Gustavo did not waste any time. He had the photographer out the same day, listened it the same day and sold it the next day. That's right, he sold our house in one day for more than than our asking price. He even got the title company to move up the closing date. His associate Sandy was great at communicating the needs of the Title company. All and all a quick, profitable and pleasant experience. I would Definitely use him again. Thank you Gustavo and associates for all you did for us.

we have bought and sold a few houses in our day and by far gustavo group has been the best realtor ever and all the people that work with him. they don't miss anything and when needing a realtor in another state yes he knew someone and they are just great. i can't say enough about gustavo and all his people. thanks for a job well done .
