I relocated to LA from Atlanta where the housing market is quite different. Originally I had a realtor who claim to be an expert but I quickly found that wasn't the case. Luckily I was introduced to Greg Roberts through a friend. I quickly switched from my realtor to Greg and I've never regretted that decision. Greg could see that I was in a panic about finding a place to live in a short timeline with a long list of requirements and he did everything in his power to not only put my mind at ease but to partner with me in finding my dream home. He did that and then some. In the tough market that is southern California, he introduce me to new neighborhood opportunities and negotiated a deal on a house that was not only lower than the price range that my previous realtor was looking to get me to go but had every single requirement I asked for. Greg was the best thing to happen to me when I was looking for house in a tough market with a limited budget on a short timeline.

Greg, is not just my realtor but through the process of selling three homes and buying two he has become a valued friend. When I was younger and dreamed of buying a house I always envisioned going to different homes with my realtor, Greg showed that there was way more to it than that his knowledge of what to look for in a home, tree lined streets, electrical, roofing and everything in between made the process so easy. Signing the papers even was easier. I have and would recommend Greg to my closest family and friends.

He gave us confidence that he would do everything in his power to get us into the right house, not just any house to get a commission. Buying or selling home tends to be one of the most important decisions and processes in a persons life. Given our experience with Greg, he is the person you can trust with buying or selling a home.

My experience with Greg was excellent. He has a quick and intuitive command of all things real estate connected which is valuable beyond finding the right fit for a property and steering the entire transaction with the lender, other agent, and escrow.
