Greg was able to make recommendations on what needed to be done to sell our home. We were able to sell the home within 4 days with multiple offers. He understands the market and what buyers are looking for. He also helped us to locate our new home by setting up a MLS search with our criteria. As homes hit the market we were able to see them within hours. His knowledge of the market allowed us to get a great deal on a wonderful home that met our criteria.
