I rarely write reviews. Everything is 'amazing' or 'wonderful' these days and that blurs the lines between what is outstanding and what is simply just average, to the point that one rarely bothers to read them. However, our experience with Gloria compelled me to write, as it is such a rare occasion that one receives the kind of service, support and professionalism provided us across the extended Covid-19 period. From the 'must-do' tasks to 'suggestions', realistic timescales & helpful recommendations. She was experienced and efficient. If anyone thinks that the work of Estate Agents is done once the house is marketed and sold - then they are as mis-informed as I was. The real work starts after the sale has been agreed. For me, this is where Gloria stood out. (I have yet to meet a more professional, experienced, thoughtful, sincere negotiator than Her). She worked tirelessly on our behalf,juggling every aspect of the sale. She was readily available in a professional friendly manner.

This was an complicated Estate owned property, with a problem tenant, full Solar installation that needed a lot of expertise, all during the height of the Covid crisis. I was the executor handling the transaction with her remotely. She was amazing in her efforts, skill, and she produced real results at every turn. A big part of Brokerage is about trust, you can put your trust in her! Always new what was the right thing(s) to do and made sure she did it the right way. It is not easy to get 5 stars from me but she earned EACH AND EVERY ONE!!

Gloria is a GEM! If you want an agent that will aggressively push your offer forward, she is the one you NEED. She is very experienced and knows the ropes around the real estate business. She is professional and personally nice and caring. She is very proactive and responsive! She gets things done! She gives thorough details of every home we checked and patiently explained to me the best qualities of the home and what may be concerns. Ive been through many agents before so believe me if I say she STANDS OUT. She is very thorough. Gloria was the best Realtor by far that I have ever worked with, and I have moved at least three times within the State. She is extremely knowledgeable in both the selling and buying markets in various Counties; highly professional, respectful, very truthful which to me was one of the most admirable qualities throughout both my selling and buying process, this lessened a lot of the stress that goes with selling and buying another home within a certain timeframe.
