I was lucky to have Gigi referred to me after a year and a half of other realtors not getting foot traffic to view my home. The ink was barely dry on our contract when multiple people starte d coming to view. Gigi is an angel. Her support in this stressful process was wonderful. Giselle (Gigi) Giordano Taylor is absolutely one of the most professional and hard working real estate professionals I have had the priviledge of working with over my many years of buying and selling real estate. She completely handled the buying side of my CT home while I was in CO selling my house. There is no way I could have closed on the CO home and one week later closed on my new CT home without Gigi's help. She coordinated the home inspection, well inspection and sewer inspection right away and attended each as they took place. She then communicated needed repairs and services that resulted from the various inspections. No stopping her, she then made numerous trips to the property to make sure that every detail required was performed. She constantly kept me updated on every detail from beginning to end and even after the closing she has contacted me several times to see if there were any problems or issues.
