We met Gilda through the Internet. When no other agent would answer my questions Gilda did happily and without the drill of questions the other agents were giving me. After sending emails back and forth about a particular property we were interested in we finally meet face to face outside the property we were interested in. Gilda gladly showed us the property in Callahan out on a grass road. We loved the property, so we made an offer and with our special circumstances Gilda negotiated on our behalf. Ms Gilda Threadcraft is by far the best real estate agent we have encountered. She exhibits unbelievable attention to detail, excellent follow-through, and is extremely kind and personable. In all transactions Gilda was organized, thorough, and personable. She offered us an objective viewpoint on each house we toured, thereby aiding us with our decisions. We found her to be knowledgeable about aspects of realty that surpassed just the legitimacies of buying and selling properties, and furthermore we were consistently impressed by her willingness to research questions she couldn't answer right away. She was always expedient in returning our calls, searching for properties, and setting up showings. When we had issues with the seller Contract Gilda was instrumental in helping us draft and submit amendments that were acceptable to both us the buyers and to the sellers thereby allowing us to close on our house on time. I absolutely recommend Gilda to anybody looking to buy or sell a home!

I have to say that Gilda was the best Realtor for me and my husband. We were first time home owners and she made this process so easy. She kept us informed and stayed on top of things. Some things I did not even know we needed to be on top of at the time. When I was stressed about paperwork I needed to give to the Lender, she was there to listen to me freak out .
