I used Gigi to sale my condo, and purchase a new one. She is very knowledgeable of the Gulf Shores and Fort Morgan areas. She knows the area well, and helped us find and negotiate a good deal. Our condo was on the market for approx one month. We are very satisfied with our sale price, and our purchase price of our new one. Our condo sold higher than comps in building 4. It definitely sold higher than i expected. We were able to negotiate the price on the one we purchased by $5900. She set up our closing dates to close both deals the same day. I will be calling her the next time I need a realtor.
