We enjoyed working with Jerry. His continual followup with punch list items after closing is very helpful. Our only interaction with the real estate company was through Jerry so I am rather neutral about the company specifically. Jerry did a great job for us.

Jerry Hogan is the most outstanding realtor I have ever encountered. He easily goes above and beyond the call of duty for a realtor. He made it his responsibility it seemed to make sure the entire process was fun, exciting, thorough, and successful. I would and will recommend him to anyone who speaks to me about buying a home.

From day one Jerry helped me find the house, helped me assess how much I would be willing to pay for the house, brought in the best Inspector, made multiple trips out to the property, we discussed options available, he was forthcoming on the properties we looked at, determined to find the RIGHT property, the first time. He was a tough seasoned negotiator with the seller's agent, suggested Home Warrantee, which he got the seller to pay for, I couldn't be happier with Jerry, when he conflicting schedules he was willing to step aside and let a fellow Realtor from his agency assist, and I told him I don't trade horses during mating season. I'm ecstatic with the house I bought, and highly recommend him to people I know.
