Obviously he found us a buyer but the process of getting to closing proved to be slightly difficult. Gary made that process as streamlined and seamless as was possible. He constantly kept us updated on showings, offers, feedback from agents and we always felt we had all the information we needed to make decisions. We were so pleased with Garys work for us. We were very unsure about how to sell an older home that needed some updating, but in an excellent neighborhood. Gary clearly had the experience and expertise to tell us just how to price the home and how to prepare it for sale. He knew just how to handle the repair/replace negotiations and was a steady presence when we werent sure what the buyers were going to do. We got a contract in one day, and closed in a month. Outstanding! Would use Gary every time if I ever was going to buy or sell in Knoxville again.

Weve used Gary on three transactions and hes been excellent to work with. He is professional, respectful, but also honest. Hes talked me out of a number of properties, and also kept me disciplined in multiple offer scenarios. He has an eye for a good deal and is very effective negotiator. We would definitely use Garys services again when were ready to buy or sell a property. My only suggestion for improvement is that he use a different profile picture. We had trouble recognizing him since the picture must have been from 30 years ago.
