Working with Gary was a great experience. We were house hunting from another state and he always made himself available when we came into town to look at properties. Some of those days were very long because we had just a day or two to look. He had everything lined up perfectly so we could many properties in one day. He is very organized, experienced, and knowledgeable not to mention extremely personable. I would recommend him to anyone!

Truly provided full service and took away a lot of the stress we had as owners of a home who lived out of town. He was key in helping us manage the property as a rental and then jumped through a countless number of hoops and obstacles to get the house sold ultimately at a very fair price. When i met with gary i asked alot of questions , we were with a different realtor for a year and didnt get no looks or offers, well that changed when i went with gary , he really knows his business. 2 years ago My wife and I were selling our condo and buying a house for the first time. We ran into Gary at our first open house visit. He was very professional and eager to help us, so we described to him what we were looking for and provided our information, which turned out to be best thing throughout this entire process. We were impressed by Garys knowledge (40 years of experience. You cant beat that!) and thoughtfulness. He was never tired of our questions, which we had a lot as first time house buyer. When we are selling our condo, he was even more helpful. Now my wife and I had moved into our lovely home and successfully sold our condo all happened in a week of time. The whole buying and selling process went as smoothly as anything can possibly be. We felt like Gary was working 24/7 because he always responded to our questions and concerns promptly. My wife and I highly recommend Gary as a realtor and will have no hesitation to work with him again!

Gary was outstanding to work with. In a tough housing market, he made a deal happen and made it happen quickly. He also saved us several thousands of dollars by pointing out a chimney fire that may have occurred. The seller ended up paying for the chimney to be completely reconfigured. He is extremely professional, knowledgeable and a pleasure to work with.
