Rebekah and Gia were an absolute dream to work with. What started as a pipe dream of purchasing the house I was renting from an owner that deeply believed life as a landlord was part of their retirement plan turned into a world in which Im living exactly where I want to. Where once I was a renter, now I am an owner and I couldnt be happier! I can honestly say I would not have landed in the exact home I ended up purchasing if not for the persistence, tenacity, and sagely advice and experience that Rebekah brought to bear. Rebekah took point brokering the offer process with the owner, helped manage nurturing that relationship, and made what felt like an impossibility a reality. Gia played a pivotal role. Her ability to keep the process in motion and wrangle all the necessary players took an expected 60 day close down to three weeks. I can honestly say that I wouldnt just recommend Rebekah and Gia in the future, I would rave about them.

Overall The Miles Team exceeded all our expectations and we were so happy to work with Katie and Rebekah! We were purchasing from out of state and there were a-lot of meetings that we were physically able to be there for but Katie always made herself available for anything that we might have needed. They also were super quick to respond or answer any question that we might have had through the whole process. We would highly recommend Katie if you are looking to purchase or sell your home!
