Ethan and his team were extremely helpful throughout the entire process of home buying. First time home buying is going to always be stressful because it is such a large commit. However, Ethan took the time to explain each step of the process as well as giving his input into each property. He always put our best interest in mind before his own and never once tried to convince us of the wrong property. Even during the difficult times of the pandemic, Ethan was not pushing bad properties on us. He was extremely candid in his opinions of a listing and tried to give us realistic expectations of possible household upgrades. We worked with him for several months(February-June) until we were able to find a suitable home, so we were not a quick and easy client to work with. Overall our experience with Ethan was wonderful and we would highly recommend him to anyone looking for a home within the Greater Boston Area. Not only for his personality but for his willingness and knowledge of the area.
