Given the circumstances we have all been put through this last year and thus created a frustrating process throughout the wait of the building of our home - I could not thank Erica enough for how patient and helpful she was for my husband and I. It was our first time buying a home and she made it so easy. She was always there for us no matter what time of day it and answered all of our questions, and we had a lot of them. Even after the process has been completed, she is still here for us. I can't recommend her enough to our friends around here and those looking to move here. Erica is amazing! She knows exactly what she is doing and gives her all to make sure her clients are happy. She always responded to any questions we had (we had so many bc selling your home can be confusing!) and explained everything in so much detail. She even helped us solve some problems that were completely out of her control because she wanted us to be 100% satisfied. Which we were and would recommend her every single time!

I had the pleasure many years ago of buying my first home with her and when I asked for a specific house; she not only delivered that house, but gave me a master list of every home in the area that had the same type of what I was asking for. Now here I am many years later and just sold my house back through her. It was such a painless and seamless experience that I had 0 worries the entire time. Erica couldnt be anymore helpful! My wife and I purchased a home in TN from the other side of the United States.
