In 1991, I obtained my Real Estate license, and this was when Interest Rates were 19.5%!! I've been through 911's stand-still in business, 2006-8 Housing Crash and the latest "The CoVid19 Pandemic" and this now surge in prices and Seller's market. It's just another hurdle for me to overcome and I am confident, I will. I have been working through this with-out any setbacks. Inventory is low, so multiple bidding strategies are a must! I am a top trained negotiator, not a new Agent! I'm fortunate that I now own Executive Choice Realty, as I can choose to market, advertise and control my budget. I don't have overhead, so I know where my dollars go. I spend all of my money marketing my clients' listings. My company is referred by its ability to provide excellent first-rate customer service.
