We had about the bare minimum requirements to buy a home, but Dylan didn't hesitate to put all his effort into finding us a home. Dylan worked to help us make the most beneficial offer on the first home we liked, but when it was passed on for another offer, that didn't daunt Dylan. We soon found another, better home, and once again, Dylan helped create an offer that was both accepted, but beneficial to our circumstance! And although we had to extend our contract a couple of times, Dylan was right on top of getting the extensions we needed, keeping the information between us and the financial people flowing, and patiently "holding our hands" as we got all the details worked out, until he handed us the keys to our new home! Dylan was always cheerful and professional in all his dealings with, and for, us. we can't imagine we could have had a better realty agent taking care of us throughout the whole home buying prosses!
