My husband and I just went through the process of selling our first home with the help of Dylan at Weichert Realty. We listed our house up just as the COVID pandemic was reaching its peak and were wary of what that would mean. Dylan was super helpful and understanding during a stressful period of time. I am relocating to Florida for residency, so I have a narrow time frame to find a house, close on it, and move. Of course, this is all happening during the COVID-19 pandemic, which made things even more stressful! He was so patient with me and really took the time to get to know me, and my wants/needs in a house. He took me to listing after listing and gave me his undivided attention over a several day period when I was in Florida. When I was having a hard time deciding, he even took me back to one house for a second look. With his help and guidance, I was able to put an offer in on a house and have it accepted! He even went to the house inspection since I am in SC until I move. He may be young, but don't let that fool you. He is extremely knowledgeable about that area and the market. I am so glad I chose him to be my realtor. When I sell my house and buy another, he will be my first phone call!
