Drew Armstrong

We moved to Heber from Irvine in 2019. Since then we have moved other investments to Utah and have been so pleased with the market and with Drew and Matthew that we have purchased 4 townhomes ourselves, one with a friend, referred another friend who has purchased two units who moved to Nevada from Irvine when we did, another friend from our new neighborhood also purchased two units and another who still lives in Irvine just purchased another unit in Herriman through Drew and Matthew and our mom purchased one. Drew and Matthew and especially their assistant Kara are very very experienced and have done such a great job for us. They are available when we need them. Even if one of them is sick or is traveling, the other is available. Both are excellent negotiators and though in this market we have lost a few we have bid on that is the exception. Plainly we are very confident or we would not have referred so many people who count on us to Matthew and Drew and we will continue to do so.
