Dear God, words can not express who this beautiful women is without a doubt! God sent us Donna Seven years ago when we where looking for a home me and at that time my new husband. How do I sell the home in Dayton, Ohio that my mother has lived in for 56 years when I am in Arizona. It was full of 56 years of memories, personal belongings, and collections. We just sold our home in this currently insane housing market, and Donna's advice was critical: she told us to find someplace to move to before we even listed the house, and to make plans to stay out of the house the first weekend after the listing due to the demand for showings. Both were spot on, and as she anticipated we had an offer for full price that first weekend. She doesn't try to over promise on what a house will bring to try to get your business, either. She's excellent at doing the research to determine property values for the neighborhood. She made selling this house pretty easy and I highly recommend her to anyone looking for an agent.
