I cannot say enough wonderful things about Don Lawyer and his team! We have used Don as our realtor for many years and will not consider using anyone else! He gave us great expert advice on things to do to get our house ready to sell and it worked. The first weekend we had 23 showings and by Monday we had nine offers, all but one over the asking price. We got so much more than we ever expected, and I think a large part of it was Don's advice on the amount to list the house for instead of overpricing and letting it sit on the market for a long time. We also worked with his assistant Jennifer. She was wonderful and put up with all of our questions and helped coordinate showings and inspections and various other things dealing with the sale. Don and his team are truly the best!

There truly are not enough words to tell you how awesome Don Lawyer is..... he was a true blessing to our family in the sale of our Moms home.....always right there with answers to all our many questions.....keeping us informed about what was going on.....Jennifer in his office is great also and the title company had their work cut out for them but did a great job. I would recommend him without hesitation!

We are glad that we went with Don and his team to sell our house. The choice of a realtor is critical to the successful sale - to determine a reasonable and fair selling price and how quickly the house sells. We were a little apprehensive at first since an earlier realtor gave us bad advice and caused unnecessary expense to stage the house etc. But Don was very practical and the way he and his team work with social media and other ways to expose the house to potential buyers, we were able to have more showings than we had with previous realtors and the house sold quickly. So if there is any opportunity for us to engage a realtor in the future, it will be Don Lawyer and his team.
