Dino Braz

Having used Dino in real estate sales several times in the past I knew when I wanted to sell my current unit he was the person to call. I was not wrong. Just as before, he called me back quickly and even before we met in person he had done a study to see what prices other units were selling for at my condo. We settled on a good price and he was very helpful in promoting my property. He is also very helpful in having the names of people who could help you in packing and moving. Definitely an A++ professional relator whom I highly recommend. We had to suspend sale as I had some health issues but he was so kind and promised to keep the info until I can recover.

My first impression of Dino was we're hiring a bulldog. He was the most impressive agent we had met in the 4 yrs. trying to sell our home. If you called him he was back to you quickly. He put a presentation together that really showed our home and large property to it's fullest. After a showing he always got right back to us to report on how the showing went and his feeling on the clients interest in the property. He never did the old lower the price game with us if the property didn't sell quickly. Dino did what 2 other realtors couldn't do He recognized our property was unique and he found that unique buyer.I highly recommend Dino Braz if you want a professional to sell your home.

Dino is helping me outstandingly through the process of buying my dream home. He understands my needs and offers me whatever house that meets my criteria. I'm certain that we are just about to find my ideal home. Without Dino's help, this would be a nightmare!

Dean has been very instrumental in getting us a multi- family rental. From the first contact, he showed me several properties of interest and really listened to mine and my husbands desires for our rental properties. Dean was always available and offered very flexible time scheduling for viewing homes with regards to our own work schedules. He also made sure the paper work and all legalities went smoothly in closing the deal. I highly recommend his services.
