Denise Clements

Denise Clements met and/or exceeded all expectations. She had great suggestions to get the house ready for the market; she is energetic and obviously loves what she does. Any time I would contact her, if she was not available at that moment, she would reach me within a very short time. She never left me "hanging". The house sold within a short time, and the closing was without a glitch. I heartily recommend Denise Clements and will recommend her to close friends/family who may have need of a realtor.

Denise was always ready to assist during the process of selling my home. Her attitude was always courteous and on point. Her photographer was the best! I would certainly recommend her services if you are looking for someone that is reliable and easy to work with.

We moved from out of state and Abigail from the Denise Clements team was an absolute angel! She talked with us several times and discussed several listings before we came down to look at houses in order to create a great list of homes for us. She showed us homes in two different counties and spent hour upon hour with us in the narrow time we had to find a house. She even showed us rentals when we asked her to. She was a fierce negotiator and found us a home we love at a tremendous price. She was also an absolute joy to work with and my wife and I loved spending time with Abby and the rest of the Denise Clements team. I will use them again for sure if we happen to have to sell, and I would recommend Abby and the rest of the team to anyone looking for a home

Team Clements did a great job of getting the house ready for photos and getting it listed in early December. Had a viable buyer within a month at pretty much asking price. Kept us informed along the way and we had a really easy closing process. Glad we got this home sold before this pandemic got going.

Absolutely loved working with Denise and her team! They were so knowledgeable about the area and properties. Every question we had was answered in a timely manner and it felt like we were working with family. They went above and beyond and highly recommend!

I can't say enough about Abby Greenhaw and Anita Libby. They took care of us as we were new to the area. They showed us around and got to know us and what we wanted in a home. It took about 3-4 weeks but they found us a wonderful home in Peachtree City. Don't miss out on these two ladies as they are great realtors!
