A rural property takes time to sell, to find the buyer. And when the owners have already moved out of state and the house looks bare and cold, it's a little more challenging. Denise and Rich took it on with gusto, furnishing and decorating to bring out its inherent charm and warmth. Their online scheduling service kept me apprised at all times with upcoming showings and feedback. Over the winter months, several potential problems arose, like sub-zero temperatures and snow days, but they were always responsive and on top of the solutions.
