Love this team! My husband and I decided on a whim to move when we saw virtually our dream home. With no realtor, no other plan, our house was not even on the market yet. Debbie and her team sold us our current home in June. The buying process was super smooth and easy. They explained the whole process to me in easy to understand terms. My husband works out of town a lot, and they were very accommodating with our crazy schedule. Between June and August we moved everything out of our old place and called Debbie when it was empty. She again went through everything very thoroughly and listed the home. They took care of a lot of small things so I didn't have to worry about it. The house was only on the market 45 days! Debbie came to advise us on things we could do to prepare for the sale of our home. We followed her recommendations. We signed the contract with Debbie when we were ready, on Thursday, it hit the public on Friday, two showings and an offer on Saturday, counter on Sunday, and under contract Monday.
